What we do
PCS buys devices that have finished their first life and sells them into their next. We purchase trade-in volumes, warranty returns, corporate refresh lots, end-of-life stock and excess new inventory — outright, at scale, in any condition. Every device is tracked, wiped, tested and graded.
PCS takes ownership of devices, holds inventory positions and absorbs market risk. We make money when a device sells for more, not when it processes through a flow.
Three kinds of company enter this space. Insurance-origin companies optimize for claim cost; trade-in is a side product. Repair-origin companies think repair first, resale second. PCS was founded to maximize the resale value of second-hand devices, and nothing else.
