  1. Purpose

PCS Wireless LLC (“PCS”) is committed to promoting responsible business practices across its global value chain. This policy outlines the principles PCS encourages its suppliers, service providers, and customers (“Partners”) to follow in support of ethical, safe, and environmentally responsible operations.

This document is not a contract and does not create legal obligations for PCS or any Partner. Rather, it represents the standards PCS promotes in the ordinary course of business.

  1. Scope & Flexibility

PCS operates worldwide in diverse legal and operational environments.
Accordingly:

  • Partners should follow the laws and regulations applicable to their operations.
  • If anything in this policy conflicts with local law, local law governs.
  • PCS may interpret, modify, or discontinue this policy at its discretion.
  1. Expectations for Suppliers & Customers

PCS encourages all Partners to adopt practices aligned with the following principles.

  1. Ethical Business Conduct

Partners are expected to:

  • Comply with applicable anti‑corruption and anti‑bribery laws.
  • Avoid offering PCS employees any improper gifts, payments, or personal benefits.
  • Conduct business honestly, transparently, and with integrity.
  1. Human Rights & Labor Practices

Partners are expected to:

  • Follow local laws governing wages, working hours, and employment conditions.
  • Prohibit the use of child labor, forced labor, or human trafficking.
  • Maintain workplaces free from unlawful discrimination or harassment.
  • Respect lawful rights of workers, including freedom of association where legally permitted.
  1. Health & Safety

Partners should:

  • Provide a working environment that is safe, well maintained, and compliant with applicable health and safety laws.
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent injuries and workplace incidents.
  • Provide training and protective equipment required by local regulations.
  1. Environmental Responsibility

Partners are encouraged to:

  • Comply with local environmental regulations.
  • Manage waste, chemicals, and materials in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Seek opportunities to conserve energy, water, and other resources where feasible.
  1. Product & Service Quality

Partners supplying goods or services to PCS are expected to:

  • Ensure products meet all mandatory safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Avoid the use of restricted or prohibited substances as defined by applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate information about product specifications and compliance.
  1. Reporting Concerns

PCS maintains communication channels for concerns related to business ethics, labor conditions, safety, or environmental matters. While PCS may review such reports at its discretion, PCS does not guarantee confidentiality, investigation, or specific actions in response.

  1. Continuous Improvement

PCS encourages Partners to improve their practices over time. PCS does not commit to audits, monitoring, investigations, remediation, or ongoing oversight of Partner operations unless required by law or determined appropriate by PCS.

  1. Non‑Contractual Nature

This policy:

  • Does not create rights or obligations for any party.
  • Does not amend or replace any contract or purchase terms.
  • May be updated or withdrawn by PCS at any time.
